If you are having trouble getting your customer service reps to up sell your distributors, why not create an up sell screen based on a particular reps buying habits?  Wouldn't it be nice to find the first product in a list of hot products that the rep hasn't bought yet and recommend it to him?  Wouldn't it be nice to do this yourself and if products change, your software program changes?

These changes are simple to integrate into our software.  You don't even have to tell us what you are changing.  Of course, if you approached most companies with such a request, they would charge you an arm and a leg because it wouldn't be marketable to their other clients.  However, if you approached us to do it, we would say no problem.  We would simply create the web page that has this logic behind it, tie it into our application, and voila.
