Business Commissions Analyst
The position is for our Database Team and involves/requires the following:
- A customer-oriented personality
- Direct client interaction to gather business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate business requirements into a technical design for the programming team
- Excellent documentation skills
- Multitasking between projects
- Relational Database Design knowledge and experience
- Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions knowledge/experience
- SQL and T-SQL Programming (SQL Server 2005) programming experience a big plus
- Functional Testing (QA) of Comp Plan deliverables
